Odysseia Inspire Adventure

About the big red boat

Odysseia Inspire Adventure runs relaxed small-group cruises on a traditional Greek big red boat from Faliraki, Rhodes. Guests come on board for clear water, space to move and a friendly local crew, with a private-charter feel but without the private-charter price. Here you can read a short story about the big red boat, her rebuild and the people who look after you at sea.

Built with Care, Rebuilt for Your Cruise

The big red boat is a traditional Greek passenger vessel that has worked around the Dodecanese for many seasons, including routes between Paros and Rhodes. Before starting Odysseia Inspire Adventure cruises, she went through a careful refresh: structure checked, safety equipment updated and the deck opened up for shade, seating and clear views over the water. Now she feels solid, tidy and ready for easy days at sea while you head towards Anthony Quinn Bay, Ladiko Bay and the Afandou Sea Caves.

Meet the Crew

Captain Dimitri and Morag — Odysseia Inspire Crew

Every cruise on the big red boat is led by people who know these waters well. Captain Dimitri brings more than 40 years of experience at sea and a calm, confident style at the helm. Morag looks after guests on deck, organises service and keeps the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. Together they run Odysseia Inspire Adventure like a family boat, which is why many guests later recognise them again in photos on our Odysseia gallery.

Semi-private really means comfortable. Dimitri’s anchoring near the caves = chef’s kiss. Long swim time, never rushed.
